Marriage License Information

 

and Application

Whispering Pines Weddings uses the California Confidential Marriage License. No blood test, waiting period, or visit to the Country Recorder Clerk's office is required for couples being married under this license. You need only bring with you one of the following:

  • Current/valid (not expired or temporary) Department of Motor Vehicles Drivers License or Identification Card, or
  • Current/valid Passport, or
  • Military Identification Card

Additionally, if either party has had a divorce finalized within 90 days of the new wedding date, it will be necessary to bring a copy of the Divorce Decree, as well.

By completing the form below and submitting it to us, online or by mail, we will have your marriage license ready and waiting the day of your wedding.
